What we do
Five services. One team that owns the result.
Hire us for one of these or all five. The difference is that nobody hands your website to a different company halfway through — the people who plan it build it, connect it and keep it running.
Included with all of them
- A named senior person, not a ticket queue
- One working session a week with your team
- A monthly summary in plain English
- Your code, your hosting, your documentation
They’re the same job, seen from five sides
Most companies buy these one at a time, from different vendors, and end up refereeing the gaps. Bought together they run on one schedule, against one number — enquiries from your website.
- Step 1Decide what to build
- Step 2Build the site
- Step 3Connect your systems
- Step 4Get found, and sell
- Then, foreverKeep all of it working
01planning before you spend
Define the project before you approve it
Interviews with the people who use the site, a review of what you already have, and a written plan you own. Take it to any vendor — including someone other than us.
What you get
- A written specification you own outright
- A prioritised list of what to fix first
- A realistic budget and timeline to take to the board
02ongoing website work
Your site stops being frozen
A rebuild if you need one, then continuous work: new pages in days, templates your own team can use, and nothing that turns a small request into a quote for a rebuild.
What you get
- A fast site your reps are glad to send
- Page templates your coordinator can build with
- Updates, backups, uptime and speed handled
03connecting your systems
One set of numbers, everywhere
Your warehouse system, customer records and price lists feed the website automatically — and enquiries flow back into the tools your reps already use. This is the work almost nobody else will take on.
What you get
- Products, stock and pricing updated automatically
- Enquiries landing in your CRM, not an inbox
- Every connection documented, in writing
04getting found in search
Found before your competitor is
Technical cleanup first, then the product, capability and location pages that earn the searches your reps hear about on calls — including the AI answers buyers now read instead of clicking.
What you get
- Pages for what people actually search for
- Monthly publishing, not a one-off audit
- Reporting tied to enquiries, not vanity rankings
05selling online
Let your best customers reorder at 11pm
Account-specific pricing, payment terms, reorder pads and freight rules — built for customers who buy the same forty items every month, not for shoppers browsing a catalogue.
What you get
- Each customer's own pricing and terms
- Reorder pads and saved lists
- Inside sales freed from retyping orders
Not sure which one you need?
Most people start with a teardown
Thirty minutes on your live site with the person who’d do the work. We’ll tell you which of the five is actually worth your money right now — and if the answer is none of them, we’ll say that.
“Our site is slow and dated”
Start with 02 — ongoing website work.
“Nobody can find us”
Start with 04 — getting found in search.
“Our data is a mess”
Start with 03 — connecting your systems.
“We’re about to spend six figures”
Start with 01 — planning before you spend.
Questions we get every time
Do we have to buy all five?
No. Most clients start with one and add the next when it’s clearly worth it. Nothing here requires the others to work.
Do you work on the site we already have?
Usually, yes. A rebuild is a decision, not a default — if the site you have can be made fast and workable, that’s cheaper for you and we’ll say so.
Can our own team still edit the site?
That’s the point. We build templates your coordinator can use and train them on it, so simple pages never come back to us as an invoice.
What if we want to leave?
You go with a working site, your own code and hosting, and documentation another developer can read. We’d rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.
